Review

Review is where you make the final call with every destination in view. Open it from the utility navigation or from a draft in Discover. Nothing is approved just because it passed a quality check.

Understand the three-panel workbench

  1. Platforms and sources — choose the destination to inspect, then open the source links and notes that grounded the draft.
  2. Exact preview — see the platform-specific copy, thread structure, media, and selected Version A or Version B as it will appear.
  3. Context and decision — check platform limits, recommended format, attached media, remaining reviewers, and the action that moves the work forward.

On mobile, the same information becomes one ordered flow: choose a platform, inspect its preview, open its sources directly below the preview, check the 24-hour cap and other constraints, then make the decision.

Place media inside a thread

When X, Bluesky, or Threads copy contains multiple posts, each previewed message has its own Photo and Video controls. You can add more than one attachment and place different assets on different messages; removing one item does not change the others. Synfluencer saves those message boundaries and media together, then checks the publishing provider before scheduling or publishing so an attachment cannot silently move.

Exact X thread placement currently supports photos. Threads supports photos and videos on individual messages. The current Bluesky provider supports media on the first message only. Disabled controls explain these limits. If the provider would merge or split the reviewed messages, shorten or expand the affected copy until the boundary warning clears. Remove clickable links from media-bearing X threads because the provider strips them before publishing and could otherwise change the reviewed boundaries.

Check every destination

Select each platform in the left panel. Synfluencer records that it has been viewed and the decision panel shows how many remain. Copy, character limits, hashtags, media, and thread structure can differ by destination. The YouTube tab also shows its generated video title, tags, and category without requiring Edit content; Thumbnail URL remains a manual field. The review is not complete until every selected platform has been opened.

Edit or improve a version

  • Edit content changes the selected destination without replacing the other platform versions.
  • Regenerate creates a fresh creative foundation from the same source, voice, intent, and shape, then adapts each selected destination from it.
  • Increase quality treats the current draft direction as binding, improves each selected destination against it, and keeps the best result.
  • Add a variation creates a separate B version for the selected platform. Synfluencer confirms the AI action before it spends credits. Use the Version A/B controls beside the preview to compare them: Publish and Schedule send the version shown in the preview. If the post is already scheduled, switching versions safely updates that queued copy. More like this or Less like this teaches future drafts from the selected version's direction without storing the draft copy as learning metadata.
  • Regenerate with tags confirms before running, shows progress while the rewrite is in flight, and then opens a before/after comparison with the current and proposed quality scores.

Review a blog article

Blog versions use a rich article editor rather than a plain textarea. You can keep semantic headings, bold or italic text, lists, blockquotes, links, inline images and video, and copy the article with its formatting intact. Featured media is controlled separately from media inserted into the article body.

Review a newsletter

Newsletter uses the same dependable rich-text formatting controls as Blog, with separate Subject and Preview text fields and an email-style recipient preview. Blog and Newsletter are optional; a tab appears only when that version exists. Use Regenerate to create a missing long-form version later.

Draft-only platforms

An unconnected platform still has its real preview, editor, media controls, and approval path. Review labels it Draft only and links to Connections. Scheduling and publishing remain unavailable until the platform account is connected.

The inline image dialog can use a direct URL, choose from the active Synfluencer's Assets, or generate an image from a prompt or the article context. A generated image stays in the dialog for review until you insert it.

Approve or request changes

When all required platform versions have been checked, approve the round or request changes with one useful note. Assigned reviewers, required approval count, comments, and decision history remain attached. If the work needs a client decision, create an expiring guest link that exposes only this review.

A quality score helps you decide where to look; it is not permission to publish. Check the claim, voice, media, and destination yourself before approving.

To manage internal roles, assigned Synfluencers, client links, reports, and usage history, continue to Team & clients.
