Performance
Performance is where you learn what worked and what deserves another look. It uses three lenses on the same underlying data (Overview, Top Posts, Recent Activity) so you can audit a synfluencer's growth, leaderboard, or chronological feed without flipping between pages.
How to access
Click Performance in the left sidebar, then choose Insights. Requires an active Synfluencer. Deep-link to a specific tab via ?tab=overview, ?tab=top, or ?tab=recent.
Three tabs
- Overview — Account-level cards (followers, impressions, reach), clearly separated from exact post results. Refresh data updates the connected-account snapshot; Check exact post data refreshes published post URLs from the last 30 days.
- Top Posts — Leaderboard table with Title, Platforms, Posted (date+time), Likes, Shares, Comments, Engagement Rate, and a vs Baseline column showing how each post performs against this synfluencer's own 30-day rolling baseline. Each row carries a source badge: Exact post for public results tied to the saved post URL, or Account snapshot when only connected-account data is available.
- Recent Activity — Chronological feed of every recent post with its per-platform link (click the title to open it on the platform) and key engagement counts. Useful when you want to scan everything that went out, not just the leaderboard.
Two data layers, clearly separated
Connected accounts supply account-level snapshots. Exact public post results use each saved post URL rather than trying to infer the result from a profile feed. Automatic checks happen at the publishing baseline, after 24 hours, and after 7 days. Use Check exact post data to refresh published URLs from the last 30 days yourself.
The exact-results indicator distinguishes four states: not checked, checked with exact results, checked but not publicly available, and refresh failed. A provider failure stays retryable and is not presented as a post hiding its metrics. Account estimates stay labeled and are not treated as verified per-post outcomes by creative learning.
For a Facebook post matched to one of your published URLs, the per-post row uses Facebook's exact public-post likes, comments, shares, and views. Facebook can omit a Reel detail view count; in that case Synfluencer keeps the profile-feed view rather than replacing it with zero.
