Calendar

Plan, inspect, and adjust connected publishing

Calendar shows scheduled and published work for the active synfluencer. Use the weekly or monthly view to check timing, inspect the exact destination copy and media, and make changes before a connected platform receives the post.

How to access

Click Calendar in the left sidebar. An active synfluencer is required.

Plan the schedule

  • Week and month views let you move between detailed time slots and a broader publishing plan.
  • Audience timezone controls every scheduling input and saved-time display. Each input labels the timezone it will use.
  • Preferred publishing hours in Settings → Brand profiles guide Autofill, bulk scheduling, and automations that inherit the profile schedule.
  • Autofill and the engagement heat map use the profile's available history first, then broader patterns and audience-local recommendations when history is sparse.
  • Bulk schedule in Create → Drafts builds an editable plan for two or more drafts. You can set spacing, a daily cap, a planning horizon, and separate times by destination before committing the batch.

Inspect and change a post

  • Open a calendar item to see the chosen version, destinations, saved copy, attached media, and audience-local time. Profile photos identify accounts but are not treated as post media.
  • Drag to reschedule or choose Reschedule from the item or its card in Create → Drafts. Synfluencer updates the existing schedule rather than creating a duplicate.
  • Cancel schedule removes the publishing time and returns the content to Drafts without deleting it.
  • Retry with new time appears for a failed post. Retrying is always your decision; a failed post is not automatically published again.
  • Status colors distinguish scheduled, published, and failed work. Open a failed item to see the customer-facing reason and recovery action.

Connections and timezone changes

Scheduling only offers connected destinations. Draft-only versions remain editable in Create and Review until that destination is connected. If you change the audience timezone while schedules or inherited automations exist, Synfluencer asks whether their local clock times should move with the profile. It shows the affected count before saving anything.

Confirm the audience timezone before building a schedule. If the profile serves a different region from your own, enter the audience's local time; Synfluencer will label the zone next to the field.
