Import posts

Bring a prepared content calendar into Create → Import. Each spreadsheet row becomes one post for one platform, with your copy kept as written.

Prepare the package

Download the CSV or Excel template ZIP from Import. Keep one posts.csv or posts.xlsx file and an assets folder in the ZIP. Replace the example posts and image with your own.

  • Platform: one supported destination, such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or X. Repeat the post in another row to target another platform.
  • Post Content: the full copy and hashtags. In CSV, quote copy containing commas or line breaks. Excel supports one worksheet with plain values.
  • Media Asset: optional. Match the filename in assets exactly, including letter case and extension. Images support JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP; videos support MP4, MOV, and WebM. All supplied media goes into Uploads after confirmation, including unused files.
  • Post Date and Post Time: optional together. Use MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD and a local time such as 4:15pm or 16:15. Both blank means a draft.

Upload, check, then confirm

  1. Check the selected Synfluencer and timezone, choose the ZIP, then select Upload & check package.
  2. Watch upload progress. Large packages use resumable chunks with no set total package size cap. If interrupted, reselect the same file and resume. Storage availability and file safety checks still apply.
  3. Wait while posts and media are checked. You can navigate away after uploading; the saved job continues and appears in Task Manager. Unconfirmed packages expire after seven days.
  4. Review the counts, exact post copy, media filenames, and local dates. Missing files, incomplete dates, invalid times, and disconnected scheduled destinations must be fixed before confirmation.
  5. Confirm the summary to save the media and create the posts. Dated rows are scheduled to publish automatically; undated rows remain private drafts. Importing does not call AI or charge for generation.

All dates use the selected Synfluencer's audience timezone. Times must be in the future; a missing or repeated time during a clock change needs a different time. Scheduling requires a connected destination and compatible copy and media. Drafts can target disconnected platforms.

Find or change imported posts

Open Create → Drafts to edit posts, Calendar to change or cancel schedules, and Assets → Uploads for imported images and videos. An interrupted import can be retried from Import without duplicating its posts.
